As one of our Inside Sales Account Executives, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our sales, revenue and continued growth. You’re experienced in inside sales, digital advertising and working in a metrics-based position. You have the ability to not only meet but exceed targets. Combining inside sales expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will bring an infectious enthusiasm for our unique model, long-term vision and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Inside Sales Manager, and sell into several categories or regions within a growing team in Boston
  • Sell in targeted categories utilizing both in-house and AOL Local ad products including MapQuest, City’s Best and Wow
  • Assist in the day-to-day sales efforts to local businesses across the country via phone
  • Utilize in-house systems to help track and generate leads

Skill & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years inside sales experience
  • Proven successful track record in a cold calling environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be a self-motivation and result oriented individual
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced and high-energy work environment
  • Passion, self-directed and an entrepreneurial spirit
